Meghna + Jared’s celebration: styled by luna wild

Luna Wild Design brought Meghna + Jared’s dreams to life at Liberty Station on 4.29.23. Join us as we recap the journey to their celebration, their love story, coordination efforts, and overall highlights of their special day!

How did you meet your (now) partner?

Meghna and Jared met at work! Love often blossoms in unexpected places, and for this couple, it all started in the familiar setting of their workplace.

What was your favorite part of the day?

Meghna and Jared agreed that the true highlight of the day was being together with loved ones.

“Besides the obvious of marrying my favorite person, it was probably seeing all of our family and friends from all over the world in one room together!”

Meghna + Jared's ceremony unfolded at South Promenade, surrounded by blooming flowers and the warm embrace of sunlight. Luna Wild transformed the outdoor space with a beautiful floral arch and fabric draped tents to create the perfect ceremony setting.

Why did you choose our venue?

“We wanted a large, open space that could comfortably fit all of our guests and a space that we could customize to our vision.

When we stumbled upon Bldg 177 we knew it was going to be perfect because not only did it check all of our boxes but it also had beautiful outdoor spaces that we could use for the ceremony and cocktail hour.

The icing on the cake for us was that the venue was located in Liberty Station, which is one of our favorite places in San Diego!”

Meghna + Jared’s lively ceremony and reception took careful planning. Check out how Luna Wild helped bring this couple’s three-part wedding day to fruition. The couple hosted their ceremony on South Promenade before walking over to Luce Court for cocktail hour and finally celebrating their reception inside Building 177. With the floor plan platform Moniker Events shares with every client, Meghna and Jared worked alongside Luna Wild to design the perfect flow for their guests and special day.

What do you think your guests will be talking about for years to come?

“The food! Our families are both big foodies so we went all out with the cocktail hour and dinner menus!”

What was the highlight of planning your wedding?

“The highlight was definitely working with our vendors. Each and every one of them really understood what we wanted and executed perfectly!”
